Pornstar Martini:
Passionfruit pulp from 2 fruits 5cl lemon juice 1 daily dose of The Solution 4cl syrup 2cl egg whites Copenhagen Sparkling Blue tea (or alcohol-free sparkling drink) Mix The Solution into the lemon juice before adding all the ingredients into the shaker. Dry shake in the shaker, then shake with ice. Fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a piece of passionfruit, and serve with a shot of Copenhagen Sparkling Blue tea on the side.
For those interested in the original Pornstar Martini:
Passionfruit pulp from one fruit 3cl vodka 2cl Passoa passionfruit liqueur 3cl lemon juice 1.5cl syrup 2cl egg whites
Dry shake in a shaker, then shake with ice. Fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a piece of passionfruit, and serve with a shot of prosecco.
