Amaretto sour Mocktail

Ingredients:

5cl Pineapple juice (preferably freshly pressed) mixed with

1 stick of The Solution Beauty Collagen

3cl Lemon juice

1cl Simple syrup

1cl Syrup from cocktail cherries

2cl Egg white

3 drops Almond essence

How to:

Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker. To create foam, dry shake* the ingredients to froth the egg white.
Add some ice cubes and shake vigorously.
Pour into a chilled coupe* or martini glass without ice.
Garnish with lemon zest if desired.
